China Medical University (CMU) Children's Hospital Medical Center is one of the first National Children's Hospitals recognized by the Ministry of Health and Welfare in Taiwan.

CMU Children's Hospital Medical Center is the largest children's hospital in central Taiwan. Through the collaboration of physicians in nearly 60 pediatric subspecialties, we provide inpatient, outpatient, diagnostic, surgical, rehabilitative, psychiatric, behavioral, emergency and outreach services. It provided179,832 clinic visits, 69,805 patient days of inpatient service, and 31,705 emergency department visits ,and performed 638 inpatient and 692 outpatient surgeries, in 2016.
