CMUH awarded the ROC Department of Foreign Affairs NGO Certificate of Merit

CMUH's humanitarian medical outreach to Vietnamese girl, Loan, was of great importance to the Department of Foreign Affairs and thus was awarded the Certificate of Merit to praise the outstanding assistance that CMUH has offered in promoting national diplomacy.
