Diabetic friends, please work on the following tips with me:
  • Drink skim milk 
  • Eat 80% full instead of a complete full stomach 
  • Eat moderate amount of fruit 
  • Do not consume fat even with meat 
  • Do not fry your food 
  • Drink boiled water when you are thirsty
  • Consume a bowl of green vegetables per meal 
  • Work out 30 minutes a day 
  • Stick with dietary control with exercise 
  • Worry none when glucose blood level is in control
